Laurence’s passion goes to building high-performance organizations that support strong revenue growth. She thrives at hiring, scaling and leading result-driven teams, shaping expansion strategies and fostering a great culture where everyone is inspired to innovate and over-achieve.

After launching LinkedIn France, she now leads Marketing across EMEA and LATAM for LinkedIn Talent Solutions, a multi-billion dollar business. Her team responsibilities include Demand Generation, Customer Engagement and Sales Enablement.

Prior to LinkedIn, Laurence worked in the US, the Netherlands and France where she held senior marketing positions at Orange and AOL Time Warner and participated to the launch of Silentale, an enterprise data management company.

As a Board Advisor and Mentor, she also enjoyed sharing her experience with companies or future leaders, helping them with strategic thinking, enhancing effectiveness and addressing operational challenges.
